Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: This is from well over a year now, I had sold a account , the buyer agreed to my TOS, 6+months after the sale i had advertised a very high end ironman for sale, the person who bought the other account contacted me on discord asking me the price, once i told him the price he made it clear it was out of his budget. 3 or so days later he messaged me asking to recover the account i had sold him prior as he claimed someone had hijacked it. I refused as there was no way of proving he hadn't sold it to someone and was trying to get me to recover it so he could have the funds + the account again which he could sell to try and make the money for iron i had recently posted. I told him my TOS offered 30 days help and as it's been well over 6months I cannot get involved and the fact it seemed very suspicious to begin with, I didn't want any part of it, it was very clear he had sold the account to someone else and was trying to get me to re-gain access for him, I knew he had gotten paid and potentially was expecting the account to have bank value added to it. Once i refused everything, he then made a scam report which is linked above, you can clearly see he made no effort to plead his case and wasn't really discussing anything. Prior to that i have sold multiple high end valuable accounts with 0 problems whatsoever, I have never scammed or had anything scam related prior. I ask the admins to please consider this and read through the post thoroughly as i would love to continue conducting business on sythe. I will respect the decisions to the sythe team regardless of the outcome, i just please ask you look into this at a deeper level and understand where i am coming from as a seller and not wanting anyone else to get scammed in the process, please look at my previous vouches and account sales for reference. thank you

@yoshiko No debt has not been paid as I believe i wasn't in the wrong and the person who accused me couldn't provide any legitimate proof that the account was out of his possession, he couldn't provide any evidence that i asked for in regard if he had sold the account or not. I believe he was the one scamming and once i caught him out and wouldn't give into him he then made the report against myself. The guy stopped replying to thread multiple messages later as he knows he was caught out in the lie.

 

@yoshiko so you're kind disregarding everything i have said and expecting me to repay a debt to someone who is obviously scamming and accusing me of something with literally 0 evidence, he literally replied once to the thread he created himself which in itself is completely a sign of BS and no truth. I was never in the wrong, the account was sold or lost by himself, I had nothing to do with it and he was using me to feed into his scam which i refused to partake in. He hasn't been active on sythe in over 6months, never followed up or pursued this issue which is strange if someone had actually be wronged they wouldn't just leave it. he replied once and ghosted it, leaving me to pick up the mess. Please be understanding and look into this. I hold sythe staff to the highest degree and don't expect to be treated like a criminal especially when i have done 0 wrong doing. How can i be liable to pay for something when the accuser is literally in the wrong and has provided 0 evidence to anyone.
