Dispute TWC Lege Fles

Dear Sythe staff,
19th of December 2015 I have received a TWC because my ip matched with Bump, WhatTheLemon and XxSodaXx.

I still don't understand why that led to my TWC, but I would like to get it away, but on the correct way. If you follow up my trades (only two) None of the participants have ever complained or whatsoever.
An argument in my TWC request is that the three others used the same imageupload host (photobucket), but none of that is linked to me, as I always used googles first search result (at the time it was imagehack or something with image in its name) Now I use puush as image hoster.

I remember Ghast told me the ip that matched was a home IP, but I do not see how that is possible as no one else plays rs at my home or my gf's home. So either my work, university or whatever public internet I have used to match up with these accounts, is identified as a private network. I tried to redeem my name with selling accounts or what so ever, but with a TWC that was unfairly given to me, this makes it so hard to actually sell stuff to proof my worth. Many times I have been in dispair to actually create a new account and evade the TWC, but I don't believe I could actually make a good reputation this way and it does not feel right as I actually never evade before and I am not planning the rules.

In short, I feel I have been the victim of a misunderstanding, a mere ip-match with probably rule-offenders should not be a reason for a punishment, certainly not if my account has not been linked with any ill-activity. If my twc could be evaded, I would willingly allow a maximum control, supervision or whatsoever on my account, because I have nothing to hide and never had.

I haven't been active since the end of my two (instead of the mentioned 1 week) week ban due
exams and internship. I would like to take up my activities in OSRS, but it does not feel justified to remain twc'ed only because I matched once in IP with a TWC evader (and that was all I did wrong according to the request for twc, as far as I understand it).
