Dispute to TWC

Link to/reason for TWC/DNT/Ban: my old post seems to be deleted? but i was scammed for $500 - created a post to ban the scammer. and then Sythe issued ME a TWC?
The TWC is preventing me from doing a community dispute to get my money back!!

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: i have posted about this before and had no help. i received a TWC after I was scammed.
sythe perm banned the scammer. this would be easy for someone experienced navigating the site to see

Anything else you wish to say: please help me remove my TWC so that i can continue to go through the course of submitting for a community refund

Also please tell me i am mistaken - but it appears all my old posts around the scam have now been deleted by sythe?
