Got banned due to a guy getting his raf removed, even though its clearly written on DISCLAIMER that i am not responsible for any removal, even though after that i compensated the guy and still i got banned for it?

There are plenty of sellers who have RAF issues and removals and get reported and do not receive bans, due to my inactivity and real life problems for past 4 months i was banned since i didnt respond to the dispute,

I would like to dispute my user account since its affecting my reputation and i would like to request the moderators to re-open the case and let me get my account back, I am not a scammer.

I'm actually still selling actively recently in ownedcore as an elitemember

Also RAF is unstable right now, every person knows it.

We don't take into account user's ToS/disclaimers/etc when dealing with scam reports. Even if you disclaimer stated "if you trade with me in any fashion, you owe me a million dollars," we wouldn't take that into account when dealing with a report. Feel free to bring up the other reports and we will deal with them accordingly.
