Dispute on Dicing Ban

I rolled a 39,94,27

for me, best was,

94>90,39>35,27>11, all my numbers beat his=3/3

for him, best was

90>39,35>27, his 11 beat nothing of mine=2/3

meaning best he had was 2/3, best i had was 3/3. If it was post by post(he rolls 1, i roll 1, repeat) then the order would be a different matter.In messages he had confirmed best of 3 rolls,but never mentioned anything about the order of them having to be as such.

NOTE: I have evaded etc, and as such this should not be considered the sole reason for my ban! Just want to dispute this part of it(the "scamming" part)
