Dispute on a ban--- Sean Wilson

Was banned for im assuming either refusing to pay a refund or for being an ass when i was angry i believe it was Azie who banned me done plenty of deals i sold an account when i was new didnt know i couldnt resell an account without disclosing i wasnt OO and it got "recovered" i was trusted with over 110m in 1 trade if you think id scam someone for 20m you are crazy sorry i insulted @Azie i was angry as hell

Not being aware of the rules is not an excuse. You sold an account and it got recovered, it goes up the chain of command until the original sale.

 

if those are sythe rules, they are saying that the OO has the ability to scam without consequence extremely unfair to me when i actually did nothing wrong outside of being ignorant

 

Not all account recovery situations are the same case. It appears in your situation you propganded a lie to the buyer of the account that you were the OO of the account.

Azie has already posted to you here and here and I will not be overruling his decisions. Unless you have new evidence to bring to the table there's not much to talk about.

 

i didnt propaganda a lie first off i ignorantly said yes when he asked if i was the OO i shouldnt of but i did happens but i didnt scam the fella or recover the account neither did the guy i purchased it from but the OO got back to him with this to say. not even new information man its clear cut and dry im not OO that was proven i didnt recover the account what more could i get in trouble for outside of being an idiot im sorry it happened i was mad because the guy basically threatened me by saying give me refund or you are banned when i didnt even recover an account its just not logical to not ban someone who has no control over an account being recovered it needs to be put on the OOs shoulders not anyone elses and the buyer needs to be aware which im aware that was my own idiocy

 

Me lying about being the OO has nothing to do with my integrity on the site i never once had any intentions on scamming him again sorry the way i reacted i get mad when i get called a scammer because id never do anything like that.

 

You sold the accout to the customer based on a lie. That already warrants compensation because had you told him the truth there is a strong possibilty they wouldn't have bought the account.

You were happy for him to believe that you were the original owner up until the moment it got recovered which to me is malicious.

It does have something to do with your integrity because you lied to a customer and mislead him which is lack of integrity.

You sold the account to him based on a lie & you would have been aware that the original owner being a 3rd party increases the risk of the account being recovered.

You do owe him a refund..

 

i had no intentions on the account getting recovered i even have a way of giving the account back to the guy he refuses to take a refund seeing he just wants me banned but how is that fair to me when i have no control over the account getting recovered or not ik i lied but i just wasnt thinking

now theres people threatening me on my skype over a scam i didnt committ threatening to release all my public dox information like thats a threat ha and do the guy who threatened me since i know you are reading this kiss the ring child

That isn't fair if you have offered a refund/account back. However, your behaviour in the RAS thread didn't suggest you were trying to give the account back. Are you only offering him the account back and not a 48m refund or what?

 

since i didnt recover thee account i didnt have access to the account like i do now i purchased it from a guy who purchased it from another guy who contacted him about accidentally recovering it i now have that option but i would like to talk about the guy threatening me for a second is that allowed? i would deem that more of an issue than me being an idiot

I'm going to deal with this as this is seperate from your other case. what you have just shown me is not any proof of threatening at all

 

I rather deal with that as a separate case. Refund would need to be made regardless of threats or no threats.

What threats were made? Show any screenshots where threats were made

You blocked str8dank and then posted the picture to make it look like he was just harassing you rather than it actually being a back and forth conversation and then immediately unblocked him afterwards.

so i cant get unbanned because something that was out of my control happened just means any original owner of an account can recover an account and never be held accountable but the seller is ik i lied i can get the account back for them plus i dont have the funds atm i could if i could sell 2 accounts i am the actual OO of lol
