Dispute infraction given by Island

I have recently reopened my bond services after @Wortel stepped down, This is so that new users can donate to the Website, quickly and hassle free.

Before asking for my bondholder thread to be reopened I checked with the rules of the section listed here as I was bumping a rather old thread and maybe some of the rules in that section had changed over that time. Also anytime a Sythe Bonds are reactivated it's a simple PM matthew then get back to work type of deal.

Everything was going fine, the system did not change for processing bonds at all, just back to helping out new community members support the website.

Little over an hour ago I received a infraction from @Island for ignoring a section's stickies. The post said to be in violation of said stickies was the OP of my donation thread found here (for those who have access) He also pm'd me directly after with a imgur screenshot found below:

This seems odd to infract for as:

• I did not break any sections stickied rules
• No communication about the new rules to any previous bond holders
• Or to any bond holders who reactivate their bond

Therefore; it only seems logical that if @Island wishes to enforce a FAQ as rules, that he put it in the sections stickies/the official rules as that's where rules are kept.

I'd like my thread to be undeleted and my warning point removed.
