Dispute forum wait times.....

So I posted a dispute about my Sythe account because i was wrongfully banned and now it's coming up on 10 days without a single response or update, Just seeing all of these other disputes getting put on there and responded to the same day.... while mine sits on the very bottom out of sight, but yet its against the rules to post another thread....

Please staff look at my dispute , It is a mistake and I have contacted the person on my thread now "I_DONT_BOT" who is the user who created the report to ban me for another players attempt to be a ban evader. Here is My message to him and his reply, yet I still haven't received a pm or reply to my dispute thread:

Hey there, this is really important to me. You posted a thread a few months ago on 9-23-13 to get someone banned, (boxur227 for ban evading) well I really hate to bother you with this but my name was put on that thread and I assure you I have nothing to do with boxur227 and his rule breaking. I took a little break from runescape and sythe but now I'm back and finding out my sythe account (watchthethrone) is permanent banned. I know you cant un-ban me but I have a dispute in process and am wondering if you could vouch for me or maybe go back and look at your thread , I can assure you this is a mistake banning me.

I've taken a look at it and lifted the ban. The lack of staff attention to dispute resolution has also been brought up with the staff and I'm working on a format to make disputes faster (hopefully this gets approved).
