Dispute for TWC after some time

I got a TwC regarding this topic : click

Why do I want the TWC removed: I didn't scam him, and that's not my paypal, my Paypal is [email protected].
Also, people don't trust me because of that sign, I wanted to do some training for a P2P Pin, and he said :Trusted members only, because of the TWC sign.

I hope it gets removed.
