    Dispute for RecoveryKing
    I have been Temp Banned "Forever" by Pen, and am unable to pay back the $5 i "owe" him because he has blocked me on MSN. He has no proof what so ever that i actually owe him $5, though i would still pay it to him if i actually could. Please either unban me, or get pen to unblock me.
