    DISPUTE for not being able to create an account
    I have an older brother whose username is Xi Lax Bro iX i believe. And I was wanting to make an account on sythe of my own, but it says an account was already using my IP. If you ever think i am self vouching or trying to scam with 2 different accounts, ban me instantly, I do not want to do this to anyone. You can even ask Xi Lax Bro iX if i am lying. please accept this and allow me to create an account of my own.
