Dispute for kids ranqe

Hello, this is Crysis.
I am writing a dispute for my friends account called " kids ranqe ". Well, Kids ranqe is his second account on sythe. His first account was called fuckcock, he got banned for account scamming, But after he got banned. he provided the account to the buyer. He had full proof of it. but the mods just wouldnt listen, that is the reason he made kids ranqe. To to point now.
Kids ranqe got banned for ban evading, I think. if fuckcock didnt get banned in the first place he wouldnt of made kids ranqe, but yeh. fuckcock did get banned for a good reason, but he provided " after " with the account. So please mods and admins, please consider unbanning kids ranqe. Please.

I really trust him, i did 2-3 with him. Never tried to even scam me.

Ban evading is against the rules.
He evaded a ban.

Scamming and then giving something back isn't a reason to unban. Good for him for giving the account back, however he scammed in the first place which results in a perm ban from sythe.org. On top of that he evaded his ban.
