Reason for ban: Self Vouching/Vading

Why you think it was unwarranted?

Well for one; 1337pyro is actually [email protected], he was scammed and didn't know how to properly fill out a scam report with sufficient evidence, and at the time he was scammed for a decent sum of money from PayPal (Buyer recovered the account). So he asked me if I could go make a scam report for him, in which I did, I remember this trade vaguely as it was one I was actually more involved in because of the scam report.

And for two; Ashlee (LovingYou) doesn't live that far from me. I met her at the Starbucks at one of the internet cafe's (Starbucks) a while back and at the time I was lurking on Sythe and noticed that she was actually a member, so then I got into it a little bit later but she was banned.

I don't feel that I did anything wrong by typing up a scam report for 1337pyro at the time.

Count 1 - Self Vouching = Guilty

You know the self vouching rules and they will not be bent here. However a 45 day ban would suffice for me.


Count 2 - Ban Evasion (Loving You)(Dingos) aka Ashley = Guilty

Count 3 - Aiding and Helping banned users = Guilty

Bigblockv8 and Ashley have the exact same ISP/location. Now you might be IRL mates but I don't honestly care. You were selling the exact same email names as she was and thats 110% thats needed to convict you, unless you prove on Sythe you bought them from her, which you didn't so thats thrown out.

Also you came in and are trying to gain trust just a little bit faster then the average user, which makes you extremely suspicious of you to begin with. Thats what prompted the investigation.

You and ashley sell the exact same accounts, not on 1 occasion but on multiple.
