Chromozone997 appeal ban

Right so lets start from the beginning,

I deal in account sales, currently have 4 high level accounts sold all totalling over 1b+ traded in 4 days.
I saw someone buying an account with 99 RC so i approached a friend who said he had a 99 RC account, I asked him how much he wanted he wanted $250 for it, So i approached the person looking to buy one and made a asking price of $400, when he said no i messaged my "friend" and said can he do any lower he said how much so i pitched $150, he agreed, i messaged potential buyer and said i can do $200 lowest, so my margin was $50-$150 profit on the account (thats how i make my money)

The buyer then stated he would purchase for $150 and i declined as i knew my "friend" wouldn't go that low and my margin would be very minimal on the account.

Anyway, inbetween all these messages the buyer wanted screenshots of account stats etc, I asked my friend for pics of stats and ban meter and he sent me two gyazoes, I just opened them, Copy and pasted link to buyer and as far as i was concerned that was my part done, I just had to seal the deal for a quick profit.

The buyer then offered me $400 when i declined the $150 offer, I found this sketchy as he went from $150 to $400 even though he said the account is worth $200 if i'm "lucky"

Anyway...after thinking the buyer was just messing me around and was never going to solidify an actual deal i decided to back out, The buyer accused me of giving him photoshopped images of stats etc.
He reported me for photoshopped images then when i took a closer look at the gyazoes i noticed they were infact photoshopped, (Half a retard could see they were photoshopped) So i was given a TWC.

Now that is the story here is what my reasoning for being unbanned is.

This "friend" of mine was actually trying to fuck me out of $250 by photoshopping the stats etc, He wanted payment before he was going to transfer me the account etc and i said i'm busy atm give me 15-30 mins (i was trying to stall him to see if i could get the buyer to purchase the account as previously mentioned i was going to flip it for a profit)

After finding out the stats were photoshopped etc i messaged my "friend" via skype to see wtf he was doing, 45 mins went by with no response and then he came on steam, I messaged him and he instantly went offline (blocked me)
So i just left it at that, Next day i wake up before work to see if i had any skype replies off him and he had blocked me so i just removed him as a friend etc, Was pretty pissed that a mate of 3 years was trying to get $250 outta me (he must of been thinking the account was being purchased for my own personal use)

Anyway as far as i was concerned i was TWC'ed and that was going to be it until i could post evidence of what had happened, I submitted a twc appeal, went to work and when i was back i was banned, I messaged @Gen via skype to ask why and he said another staff member had overturned the TWC and escalated it to a ban.


My apology:
I would not ruin $1k+ in acc sales in 4 days over a measly $200-$400 even i knew a OMM would check the account out etc like @Tyler did the previous night when he mmed a 190m 07 for my acc trade, So it would be stupid to try to scam the buyer in question, Secondly, As i cant get any skype pictures of convo because my "friend" has blocked me and ive blocked him i can't post any evidence, I take full responsibility for what took place and would like to apologise to @jackyy for the inconvenience, As stated previously i wouldn't intentionally try to scam with PS images i was just trying to make a quick buck, Thanks for reading and hopefully i'll be back in the community soon.

• Well basically, I got greedy... someone wanted a 99 rc account and i believed my "friend" had one, i offered my friend $250 for it and he said sure i said send me stats etc, I then copied the gyazoes and sent them to the buyer who i was going to sell to for $400, After some discussion the buyer got heated and accused me of photoshopping the images, I didn't know what he was talking about as i just copied the images from my friend, After looking at the images they were infact photoshopped, And i don't mean remotely good photoshop, I could have done a better job my self in paint.... Anyway i was TWCed for it, Then banned by another staff member, after making a dispute and having no luck as i can't gather skype evidence because my friend blocked me and i blocked him i was told by gen to take the responsibility for the photoshopping my self.

So here is a list of events that took place:
I tried to sell an account that wasn't mine.
I almost got fucked out of $250 by a now ex friend.
I apologize to jackyy, And take full responsibility for the photoshopping.
Although i'm innocent of the offence i'm accused of, I wish to come back to sythe and continue my account business, So i will take the full blame of what occurred.
I thank all staff members who will be viewing/replying to this thread.
I have sold 4-5 accounts all to happy customers who have continued to use the accounts during my ban with no issues.

Once again, I express my deepest apologies for what took place and will only sell accounts created/owned by me.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Basically i was trying to make some quick money by selling a 99 rc account that my "friend" had, He was going to sell it to me for $250 and i was going to sell it on for $400, My "friend" photoshopped the images of the stats without telling me and i sent them to my potential buyer who spotted the photoshop, I was then blamed for the attempted scam which i am now taking full responsibility for as i cannot provide sufficient proof of my ex "friend" involvement, Taking into consideration my previous account sales with no problems i think i should be allowed to return to sythe as a TWC/Non DNT member, Thanks.
