Dispute - Answer/defend again.

This was my original post:

I think this ban was ridicolous. http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=791692
In that thread, that admin says "Using your friends to get account back is still not allowed", I NEVER used anyone to get it back.

My friend came to me and asked if i'd want to buy his account. I ended up noticing it was the account i recently sold away, and asked about how he got it. He said that he ratted someone who used the account. Therefore he was selling it for seriously cheap price, and of course i bought it.

I came to sell it on sythe, because i never thought that some angry boy would start reporting me for recovering it.

Therefore, i really think i did NOT deserve the ban.
1. I am not responsible in ANY way that MilesG lost his account. I never even asked anyone to hack him.
2. I NEVER scammed anyone during my ~3 years on sythe, and now i get banned because of this guy, who i didnt harm in any way.

And this was Skele Masters answer:

"You sold an account and now you're reselling it and claimed that your friend "phished it back"...that does not look good for you. Also if it was the same account you should have given it back to whoever you sold it to."

1.You should not ban people by how they look? I know i was maybe stupid when i came to resell it in the same place, but i never thought that i'd get reported.
2. Why should i give it back? O_O I received it honestly by buying it, and you expect me to give it back? How is that fair?
3. Still, i am in NO WAY responsible for MilesG's lost, so neither am i responsible to give the account back.
4. I bought an account honestly and come back to sell it for profit, this idiot reports me for recovering, i get banned and lose all of my reputation, fkin ridicolous.

I know it states that decision is final, but SkeleMasters answer did NOT explain well why i stay banned. Give honestly bought account to someone? Error. Get banned because i look bad because some idiot reported me for false reasons? Error.

The report that this all began based only in MilesG's word and me reselling the account, i gave honest explanation why i had the account back, and sin (or whoever) banned me for USING my friends to get account back. I never mentioned that i USED anyone -,- I did nothing wrong.

Sorry for this new dispute, but this is just ridicolous. All of my fucking reputation to this shit. Seriously.
