    Dispute against my ban.

    Greetings, i'm contacting Ghast due to the ban I recieved today.

    I completed an service for an invidual containing one quest. I did everything like usual, completed the quest and sent him information that it was done and asked for his permission to include the screenshot on my thread.

    3 hours after that I was pleasantly suprised when he contacted me that I had "stole" his bank.

    Being in the questing/skilling services i'm pretty used to this since customers often contact you about their "stolen" bank. ( I can provide info about more cases) In the hope of getting money out of it. Though that has never lead to my ban before.

    I have accounted several vouches and a reputation here on Sythe about being trustworthy, almost up to 70.

    So to be honest, I believe that the client in questioned moved his gold to another account to then post this report on me in hopes of a refund.

    I hope this can get resolved quickly as I believe having the "banned" tag greatly decreases my trust day after day.

    Yes it is true that the person could be lying in hopes of a refund, but it is also true that those who are accused of taking wealth from ones bank would bring that up as an excuse in attempt to be exempt from any sort of payment after taking said wealth.

    ^ That's you confirming the wealth on the account.

    Given the time frame between you completing the order and the customer replying suggests that the customer wasn't around at the time of completion, leaving you with an additional 3 hours of possession.

    In this situation, it's more plausible for you to take the gold. I'll leave this open so another staff member can give an opinion on this.
