Dispute against Lalapo14 and I

Take 1:
Soo. A lot of you may be confused here, or a lot of you may be angry.. I'm not sure how this will come out, but I can't handle it anymore. I love Sythe so much, the community, the people I've met, the people who has helped me so much in the past. I thank you all, but this is my time to end. To leave.. Be gone forever.. My life has simply getting worse and worse every day since 2017 has started..

Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this journey. I am not a scammer nor I have planned to scam anyone. This was the only way out for me to be able to get the money I earned from working with him. And I hope that anyone who has been scammed before by Lalapo, has the motivation to say something. Most of all, I just want everyone to fight for their beliefs... Goodbye everyone.


Take 2:

My first ever livechat job was at www.Rsgoldstop.com when Lalapo14 recruited me. Coming into this site, it was good pay and it was exciting.. But one thing threw me off.... When I first encountered problems, it was added onto my paycheck without even telling me before I got the job.. This goes from game bans, ZOPIM LIVE CHAT, Paypal per fee ( don't even get what this mean) , and paypal 2.7% Fee.. Later on, to tell me that he will NOT be paying me for maxed mains until it was paid off (when he purchased it) . I did want to make a dispute against him after I was done working with him due to him being MIA out of nowhere and leaving Dobi and I with nothing, but at the time, I was frustrated that he just left and I wasn't going to get anything in return. Not to mention he never did any paypal chargebacks and made us do it which ALSO wasn't a agreement we had or a contract. Dobi is now working with Lalapo so he's probably going to side with Lalapo. I just know that only both of us know how Lalapo scammed.


To sum this up, Lalapo last minute charged his employees without a CONTRACT, for his company responsibilities on game bans, paypal per fee, paypal 2.7% fee, chargebacks, and on top of maxed main rentals. He shouldn't have been able to get away with it.. hundreds and hundreds of dollars taken out of paycheck. And he got away with it. I'm not complaining about that, I'm just trying to let everyone know how corrupted Lalapo14 really is and I hope the old employees can say something about it too.




Take 3: Lalapo set me up in a very very sticky situation and I simply don't trust this guy. I started working for him again when he came back, and hesitant in the beginning, I knew this was going to go bad but I don't know why I did it anyway. I knew he wasn't going to change.. He was always afk without telling me. Also told me to talk to Dobi whenever I needed something but dobi was hardly ever online as well, probably because he's busy working with PieGP. Anyways, I have lost TONS of sales due to Lalapo's fault including 500m+ today. Recently, the site got "ddosed" and then he said someone "hacked the site" . That makes it very very sketch to keep information with him and his site.
That right there is extremely sketchy. ON top of him hardly ever replying when the site had issues and putting a 7.5% fee on people paying paypal and them not knowing the fee. In which he gains "pure profit" from. And he also admits to hardly be online.



As a businessman seeing Lalapo bribe people and pay people extra just to get a vouch is simply bad and meaning poor communication and customer service. He also makes his workers do everything for him that isn't what they are hired for.






Take 4:
Lalapo has been so corrupted and scammed me 1k+ from paychecks that I'm just sick of him. Since I first started working for him again, he has excuses for site being down or, I was gone for the night, and not even managing anything. Hardly ever online.. I don't have really anything like true hate, it's just unprofessional and I wanted the sythe community to see that. After today, we missed a ton of sales due to his unprofessionalism, I decided to quit and just get my payment for the work I did. After no responses, I took my safety and held onto the stock we had just in case he were to scam me. I have been scammed multiple times by people, and have already been scammed by him. There is always high chances of getting scammed by him especially for my work. And since he just came back, I'm thinking of him possibly scamquitting. After being safe on my end, he threatened to get me banned simply for me being safe on my end. He could then threaten me to get banned and also not pay me for my work because I'm banned and get away with it.. He also wasn't even willing to use a MM for this.


There has been so many frames through services and marketing itself is too dangerous now to even risk that.


And after looking through all my old gpbooks (excels that calculate profits ) and all, I've realized he has taken over $1,300+ from me from last minute fees.. To take the stock, 500m+ would only cover less than half than what he owed me for since he didn't have a contract, AND on top of what he owes me as of now. This is $1100 + maxed main rentals that wasn't added onto the expenses I had to pay for no reason.



Yes, I should have made this report after I quit for him awhile ago. But I didn't have much vouches and people would have saw me as an idiot...

I just want everyone to see that, I only did this for my safety. And fight for what I shouldn't have been fee'd for. I did not scam anyone. Lalapo is the one who scammed me.

He has my 650M 07 that he's holding- since he says he's afraid I'm going to scam him for 175$ in profit split. Will update when I get home.

Every story has two sides. This dispute is nothing different. I would like to take a moment to inform the Sythe community that Trustmybet is currently a risk to himself, and if anyone has information about his real life whereabouts please make sure he’s okay. That’s of paramount importance, anything else here is just a minor dispute between us.


I will state the situation that caused this escalation – over the past few days my site has been attacked via either DDOS or a hacker.


Godaddy traffic reports:

As you can see there has been a spike in constant traffic. My web developer determined there was a virus – he has since removed it and the site has been somewhat functional. He has been attempting to work the past few days due to IRL circumstances that require him to make more money. He is a shoe reseller and claims to have lost them. Other things are private and I won’t mention them to the public but he is extremely distressed and I feel like me telling him he could get banned for withholding stock pushed him over the edge.

I will address each point of his report on me in the following paragraphs. The majority of the things that he’s reporting me on right now happened over 2 YEARS AGO

Take 2:

· Yes, I used to play RS when I was growing up, but I started in the gold scene because I had started a successful League of Legends elo boosting service, and with the release of 2007 in 2013 I decided to venture into RS gold trading. When I started my site – I had to take risks on the people I hired. I had no reputation and I knew the money wouldn’t be very good compared to what other gold sites offered. Workers that have worked for me in the past are now some of the most prominent members of the community. My first ever hire (Bus369) was someone who had under 50 vouches, all for training RS accounts by hand. I took him and eventually we had our disputes and separated. The point of telling you guys this is that I had no experience in what the standard procedure was for running a gold site as I had never done anything even close to it, I did what I was fair and I was fairly clear with the workers on what the compensation structure would be. All workers would have a 50/50 profit split – which in my mind meant that we shared PROFIT. This brings us to the points of his complaints

o Game bans – if an account is banned we lose the cost of the stock lost on the account. I feel like since we initially agreed on a PROFIT split he would have to bear his 50% part of the ban as well. Note that the shared ban loss was only on HIS mule that he traded on, not other workers.

o Zopim Live Chat – since he is a worker I felt like he was responsible for his monthly 14$ fee. As an independent contractor I feel like this fee should be his responsibility and overall it is negligible in the grand scheme of things as each payout was over 1K and this was a monthly fee. I see his point though, I believe I should have been responsible for 50% of the fee as that would be 50% of the profit.

o The paypal per fee – as any gold seller knows, if you use Paypal there is a fee for every transaction. Since we agreed on profit split, the actual profit would be skewed if we didn’t account for every transaction that went through Paypal (small orders we would make little to no profit on) This is simply a factor in calculating the total profit of orders delivered by the worker.

o The Paypal 2.7% fee – as stated in the previous point, to accurately determine profit we need to account for the transaction cost associated with using PayPal. Paypal’s fee structure 2 years ago was the flat fee + 2.7%. By accurately accounting for these fees by taking total revenue*.027 we can determine the total amount of fees paid to paypal. This allows us to accurately determine the correct profit split.

o We used to rent max mains. We had 1 that I paid 100% for. I asked him if he wanted another to increase our max main revenue with the condition that we wouldn’t split any profit until the max main is paid off. As acquiring and renting a max main brings along a certain risk, I thought it would be fair for him to share in the cost of buying a max main. Of course, I put up 100% of the money to purchase the main, but eventually as we paid the main off he got 50% of the profit. This is something he agreed on, but obviously decided it was unfair and didn’t let me know. I still stand by my decision to make him help pay for the cost of the main as it eventually nearly doubled our max main rental income stream.

o Do paypal chargebacks? I have no idea what this point is. The agreement was that if a worker’s completed transaction resulted in a chargeback he would be responsible for 50% of the cost of the lost gold. I feel like this is standard to prevent workers from selling to risky buyers in attempts to increase their profit split. 2 years ago our chargeback rate was under 1% and each time it was due to worker negligence in the verification process.

o He keeps stating about not having a contract. I initially posted a market discussion thread looking for workers. I believe all the terms of working with me were listed there but in any case all terms were directly DISCLOSED to prospective employees before they began working so they agreed to all my terms.

Take 3:

“A sticky situation” The reason why I have come back is because I want to diversify my income streams. Since leaving two years ago I have graduated college, worked a full time position, as well as acquired several real estate properties in my area. My coming back hiring thread specifically states that I wanted a more of a supervisorial role, rather than an active role in the company – I want to eventually be able to only check up on the business once in a while to make sure everything’s running smoothly. Apparently Trustmybet believed I would be taking an active role in daily operations like I did in the past. Another thing to note is that the current state of the site isn’t even what I envisioned. I have a new website development in the works so the site hasn’t even officially relaunched. The majority of the stress that has caused Trustmybet to lash out today is attributed to the lost sales. People were having trouble placing orders on the site (understandable because the site had to be restored to a previous setting due to user error in removing a virus). As I can read from his post he apparently does not believe the site to have been attacked, but the godaddy traffic reports should prove that accessibility during the past few days has been impossible.

Explanation for the 7.5% fee:

As I am reentering the market I wanted to regain my old client base by offering dirt cheap prices. By using G2A I was able to do this since the dispute risk there is mitigated by G2A. However, we saw that several customers were being banned on G2A for multiple orders or had other reasons they did not want to place an order on G2A. By offering PayPal as a last resort option I had to charge a 7.5% fee in order to stay competitive with other gold sites because of the increased chargeback risk. As you can see here it is very obvious that someone is being charged a fee (note that it updates the order summary as well as the message explaining that a fee will be applied) I do not believe this to be sketchy at all as this an increased cost due to increased risk.

“Bribing people”

I feel like it would be beneficial for Sythe to gain more members as well as acquiring more vouches for my services. By giving bonus gold as a “bribe” to Sythe members to create an account and provide feedback I do not believe is unethical at all. Arcusgold’s banner specifically states that they offer a discount to Sythe members – so I let me customers know that if they are Sythe members that leave feedback they will get bonus gold AFTER the initial trade is complete. I do not hold their gold if they don’t agree to leave me feedback. This is an option I provide AFTER their order has been delivered. He says I make my workers do this for him, but he doesn’t seem to understand that this practice BENEFITS him. By asking a customer to leave feedback on our thread he will gain more exposure and in turn more profit. He doesn’t have to do it if he doesn’t want to. I have explained the benefits of doing so in the past.

Take 4:

“Scammed me 1k+”

First off I would like to note that his GP book was an initial prototype that I created 3 years ago. As stated on the book, Total Expenses were $1,151.64 – of which was deducted from a gross profit of $6617.52. Resulting in a pre profit split of $5,465.88. This means that in the worst case scenario that he claims I took 575.85 if all of the expenses I calculated are not considered valid in calculating the profit split.

As for “excuses of the site being down” I have provided proof that Godaddy limited my hosting account due to high levels of traffic as well as graphs of the traffic during the past few days.

As for “leaving for the night” this was clear in my returning market discussion add that this is not something I am taking on full time. I want to find a team and manage it from afar. I have too many other ventures to take care of to fully invest myself in running a gold site.

He claims we missed a ton of sales due to my unprofessionalism but that is just untrue. The site was not working correctly, which was a result of restoring the site from a previous version. He is just angry that he lost out on the profit split due to site problems.


I do acknowledge that he took my stock “for his safety”. I believed this to be a scam as he is holding money that is not his as an extortion tool to guarantee his profit split payment. I have done nothing to warrant this suspicion so I was grossly offended by this action. I told him that I refuse to pay him his pay unless he returns the stock and that I’d rather LOSE the 700$+ worth of stock than let him extort me. Please note that the disputed pay is currently ~$175 while my held stock is 700+. If his intention was to guarantee payment why did he not just take $175 worth. Why take my mule’s 500M? He keeps on saying that other people have scammed him in the past, but I have never done so (other than what he believes to be a scam but was okay with it because he made VASTLY more than he did before working for me). I told him that I would keep his extortion to myself if he voluntarily returned the stock, but obviously he knows he has done something wrong because he’s afraid I would “report him anyways” if he returned the stock. I would always pay the split owed to him regardless of what happens anyways. I’ve paid out thousands in the past week and refunded payments resulting from our site disruption – I have no reason to scam him out of a measly $175. I wasn’t willing to use a MM because I feel like a transfer of this much gold would flag it. I don’t see why a MM is even necessary in this situation because the gold he is holding belongs to ME. Why would I let a MM hold it and risk bans and other things?
