Dispute against AribaGold - Scamming and refusing to refund

I understand that their profile has been permanently suspended but please never pardon them.
Amount scammed: USD 937.02 or 1.5B OSRS GP (as at 23rd July)
How they scammed: Claimed they initiated a refund for an order that I had requested to cancel because they wanted personal identification.

Background of the story, I have made a purchase on July 23rd for USD 937.02 to AribaGold. However, as they have requested for my personal data IE : my personal ID, I have requested for the order to be CANCELLED and for my refund to be processed.

I have since then contacted their live chat a million times and they told me they have already processed my refund and so I foolishly waited. However, when I finally checked with Skrill, nope they did not receive any return at all from Aribagold and they have just been sitting on my money and have ZERO intention to refund me.

Evidence of chat logs with their live chat whereby they said they refunded and also proof of purchase and proof from Skrill that they had not received any form of refunds from Aribagold.
