    Sounds fishy that you saying my ip matches someone else that was banned. If it does match why am i not banned then? Why do need to provied my internet bill what will the prove? The internet is not under my name, i dont have accses to the bill. Ive never had this kinda problem on a forums site before this is really werid that you accusing me of being somone else when everyone has a unique IP. This is a waste of time. look over your shit before assuming...
