Dispute a ban for YAMA Services

Hello,

I’m opening this dispute regarding my recent ban related to the reported overlap between Yama Services and Eagles Services.

I understand the concern from a moderation perspective, especially with both services operating in similar sections, which may create the appearance of a connection.

However, I want to clarify that Yama Services operates independently. The only link mentioned is that Scar was previously part of Eagles, but he left in October 2025, before Yama was created. Since then, there has been no shared ownership, management, or operations.

We previously believed that clarifying this separation was sufficient, and there was no intention to bypass the 1-thread-per-section rule or any Sythe policies.

That said, I fully understand how the current setup might still raise concerns.

My goal here is not to argue the ruling, but to resolve this properly and continue operating within the rules.

To help address this, I’m fully willing to implement any separation measures required, such as:
- Adjusting or limiting the sections I operate in
- Ensuring no overlap in threads where necessary
- Following any structure or conditions set by the moderation team

I’m flexible and ready to comply with whatever is needed to remove any concerns and operate correctly moving forward.

I would really appreciate clear guidance on what changes are required so I can fully align with the rules.

I’m fully willing to provide any clarification or proof needed to confirm that Yama Services and Eagles Services are not the same entity.
This situation and the old IP overlap were already explained in detail in a previous report that was resolved months ago, and we genuinely believed the matter had been settled at that point.
However, if anything is still unclear or if additional verification is required, I’m completely open to cooperating and providing whatever is needed so this can be reviewed fairly and I can continue working normally on Sythe.
