Dispure: Infraction for Spamming

As I said in the post, I wasn't able to see the topics.
I only could post a new topic there.
I didn't knew that it wasn't allowed to ask something about RSBot.
Because the site also didn't work by me, so I thought- Lets ask it here.

First unb4nn3d closed my topic, someone pmed me with help,
after that, Tgump infracted me for that.

Tgump - Why did you infract the post for Spamming? I had already dealt with / locked the Thread. Was there a need to do so? And, why did you not warn the User first as it had been a first offence?

I give warnings on a case-to-case basis. You've been here nearly as long as me and have had enough time to familiarize yourself with the rules...unb4nn3d, the rules state that you should not make them in the first place. Infractions / warnings are given to make sure that the rule isn't broken again.

And also, it was my first warning ever -.-

It was my first offence, but you immediately infracted me for it.
I posted in my first post at the topic that I wasn't able to see the topics in the Cheating Section,
so I couldn't knew that It wasn't allowed to ASK something about it.
I wasn't requesting a bot or so, I just wanted some help.

Unb4nn3d locked my topic, and someone PMed me after with help.
a Infraction is to much for that, please make it a warning.

After reading what Tgump has said, and what you have said, here's my outlook on this situation now.

You're still angry that Tgump infracted you, and you feel that he should have given you a warning first. His infraction against you is only worth 1 point, and isn't nearly as bad as the one I reversed and re-infracted as a warning. If you would like, we could always reverse the 1 Point Infraction, and then I could Infract you for the 2 Points... Just let it expire.

No, I'm not angry on Tgump that he infracted me.
And this are two totally different things, we talked over it on msn,
and you agreed with my excuse about it.

And Tgump's infraction was about Spamming, while I didn't knew that it
wasn't allowed to post a topic about it there. That's something else than
your infractions. It's Tgumps decision what he's doing with this, but the
infractions you've reversed and made a warning from, does nothing have
to do with the spam-infraction.

 

That's really...strange, thee. Just don't go in that section, anyways.
