dispupute chuma2

[dispute-chuma2]

hi, i was banned a little while back and because i wasnt able to log out of the forums i wasnt able to post here, so i just kinda ignored sythe for a while.. now im using my brothers laptop in a hotel

so basically what happend: i was buying gold and i said no imposters cuz im sick of getting spammed by them, so then still about 3-4 imposters contacted me and then one called sweetychillii instead of sweetychilli, and at the time i didnt relize he was an imposter

( the reason for this was that he didnt do what all other imposters did, he was asking if i wanted a free mm and he explained he was trying to get more vouches.. and unlike all other imposters he wasnt a bitch to talk to and didnt log out every 10s to check on their other accounts )

then i went into a trade with some1 and i asked to use the imposter as a mm (i didnt know at the time he was an impsoter) and then the other person quickly checked and found he was an imposter annd then bam 2 ish days later i was banned

i didnt attempt to scam at all and i was trying to legitly sell my gold for a new gaming computer :S and i never once scammed or attempted to scam. the imposter sweetychillii didnt scam anyone that i was in contact with (that i know of)

Can you please provide proof of your claims?

http://www.sythe.org/dispute-ban-twc/1624909-dispupute-chuma2.html this thread is the appeal, couldnt figure out how to appeal (including makign an accoutn to reply with)

but it was AGES ago when this happend and i dont know his skype and more to try and get his messages he sent me + if u look at the report (idk where it is :S) you can see the messages, and no1 else claimed to of been scammed by me (also this was the 1st time i used the imposter as a mm)

also if a mod/some1 can delete the account chuma1, i made it just to post on the thread and i wasnt able to

I'm afraid we can't simply take your word for it. Sorry, this dispute is denied.
