Display Name Wipe

Hey guys, I'm selling (was selling) my rare 2 letter named account on sythe.
Logged in on it to see that the name is no longer there and has actually been wiped completely, and i need to choose a new name.

WHAT THE HELL?!

It was a trial member when i transferred the name to the account, and then the 14 days would have expired and i haven't been on the account for exactly 138 days.
^ if that explains anything at all.

Has anyone got any ideas and what has happened/how to get it back?

Jagex has been known to do this in the past. They find names that they suspect were sniped or RWTed, and they clear them. Bad luck for you, and as far as I know there's no way to get it back.

Makes sense, because i sniped to transfer i guess? But also publicly gave out the name in an attempt to sell it.
