    Discrimination scenario

Ok, I'd like views and opinions on how I should best deal with this situation on my hands..

I have been out of work for 5 weeks, and returned yesterday. On coming back I have found that my manager has been sending discriminating emails about me amongst my team. This doesn't bother me as I know it's just for a laugh like I do with him. But this new geezer in my team is taking it too far and will comment on it and make discriminating remarks all day.

Meanwhile, my manager's wife unfortunately fell ill last week and had an emergency c-section and now she is in ICU. He is out if work until after bew year, so things are pretty tense.

Do I report it? If so how do I make sure my manager won't get disciplined for it? Or shall I wait until tension has calmed down?

Also, the new geezer's mum is good friends with the CEO so that's why he's got in a cushiony job there.
