Discord Randomly Banned

Good Morning! So I wake up today and randomly my Discord account has been banned. Apparently they are blaming me for “selling, promoting or distributing cheats, hacks and cracked accounts” which is absurd. I contacted Discord via e-mail and Twitter but no response as of yet. Has anyone else had a problem like this before? If yes, how can this be fixed? It's kind of urgent as I have 9-10 pending orders on Discord where clients can't even reach me and vice versa. Is there a possibility to make a new account and get all my contacts back? A big thanks in advance!

most likely someone had a personal vendetta against you and made a ticket/report somewhere on reddit/twitter/etc

You can try contacting them on Twitter/Reddit/email/and their website's forums. But honestly the chances are slim. This wasnt an accidental ban like what happened a week or two ago. Seems to be specifically tailored to you.

 

That's a rip, but try contacting them like previous people have said. Better to try and have a conversation with a person than automated replys.

 

This happened to me back in February. If you use OSBot trade chat, that seemed to be the common denominator in the people who got banned back then. Alot of people who posted in OSBot trade chat, as well as the server, got deleted at the same time. I put in a ticket for customer support and they denied it immediately.
