Was banned 4 years ago for name-calling another seller a scammer to a customer, it was made out to be as if i did it for the sale, but it was an in the moment competitive instinct at the time, which was wrong of me to do so, i've acknowledged and apologized to the seller at the time many many times, there hasn't been a single case similar/or anything in that regard.

I don't have bad blood with anyone, time is gone and what's done is done. I just don't feel it's fair to keep me DNT considering I upheld my "trust" in the scene for many years whilst DNT and whilst I wasn't DNT nothing had changed in that regard,

There's no reason to keep me DNT at this stage, I was reported by somebody named @Bold for "getting him RWT banned" then a global moderator named @Zora gave me extra DNT reason in 2023, for a customer getting RWT banned and in his own words

```you mislead @Assassin into thinking that the ban was unrelated to your trade. This report will be added to your DNT reason.```

Which literarily makes no sense how can anyone prove a ban was related to my trade? We dont know who they traded? The user SOLD me 5b+ gold, and got banned DAYS after trading me. Then reported me 1 week after the trade.
1) Sythe doesn't cover in-game RWT bans and has nothing to do with that, that is RWT
2) We don't know who the individual had traded, bought the gold from, dealt with in the time leading up to his ban it's literarily impossible to say this. And in a completely respectful way, Zora is wrong for this decision. Just because my account was banned does not mean my ban correlates to somebody elses ban. I traded at the time 10s and 10s of people a day without keeping track of irrelevant things that I never thought I would have to keep track of. In my eyes It was an unjust decision due to this:

If player X sold 1b to player Y then 1 week later got banned, you cannot pinpoint the ban being due to player X, we don't know who was traded in-between or anything. From what I remember at the TIME of being asked about my account being banned, I checked and it was NOT banned, later the account was banned and the individual named @Bold of whom is NOT even the individual who got banned but reporting me for a nameless individual who isn't a member of sythe.org nor wanted to report me or anything,

Upon which I was accused of and I quote "mislead @Assassin into thinking the ban was unrelated to your trade" how can anyone say this, do we work for jagex? do you work for jagex?

If their was a few minute gap between my account being banned, and the person being banned sure. But coming to me days later after the individual was banned of which we don't even know when he was banned or so,

What I don't understand further is the fact that sythe does not cover in-game bans, for somebody to even ask somebody else about their ban, makes no sense whatsoever. It is not relevant, RWT is at everyones risk why on earth would anyone have to ask and then report and the person said in question be dnt'd for such reason just blows my mind.

I don't really know in full details anymore, but if it matters, i apologize for the time wasted by the mods handling these cases and understand the wrongdoings i've done but if im being completely honest even the community felt the punishments posed onto me were too far,

I was dnt'd in 2020 and it's now almost 2025.

I respect whatever decision It may be, appreciate the time guys.
