I've sent this to Steam:

Services: Image Name PID Services - Pastebin.com

All of this has been tried out: Disconnected by VAC: You cannot play on secure servers - Multiplayer Connection Issues (PC) - Knowledge Base - Steam Support
CCleaner has previously been installed, though is only in a portable form on my PC now.
IOBit Uninstaller 8 is installed however not running in the background.

I'm sure a fresh install of Windows on my PC could work perhaps, but I hate going through all that hassle. I could atleast try to reinstall the game perhaps.

Please help.

 

On Hackforums they have been mentioning that CCleaner causes the issue by cleaning up the USN Journal? Perhaps that's something you're aware of @Rosed?

 

Launch Steam and right click the game your having the issue with then go down to Properties>Local Files, and Verify Integrity of Files. That worked for me as a instant solver but not a permanent solver. I eventually had to Reinstall Windows and start from fresh on my PC. I'm sure there are many other ways to go about this but that did solve my problem.

 

Read the topic. Verifying has already been tried and I’m abstaining with a fresh reinstall because that’s a problem avoider, not a solver.

 

Honestly did not see it, my bad. reinstall the game as you said. If it can't verify VAC servers then it means the file is missing or either corrupt. Sometimes if you go to your Program files x64 it'll have the file u need to move to the main folder

 

If the above didn't work could you give us a screenshot of installed software on your pc? Also have you tried running steam as admin?

 

Are you subscribed to any steam workshop content? Have you ever played on custom public servers through CS:GO that install additional textures and maps? My assumption would be that this notification happens when data files don't match what the game expects for VAC Secured servers. It could also be that you are simply blacklisted somehow, perhaps a younger brother that cheated on CS:GO within the same home network in the past?

The 100% measure to figure out if this is a software sided issue from your side would be to wipe windows and reinstall. Network blacklist test could be done by installing steam with CS:GO on a secondary device and seeing if it works then.

I can't really think of what the cause of this problem would be, and I assume you have already run a data integrity check of the game files through steam, reinstalling the game might fix. I'd be willing to jump in a discord call to figure this out if you need.

I have indeed tried running Steam as admin, no luck.

Yes I am and yes I have most likely. I have tried reinstalling CSGO with no success so it ain't corrupted files atleast. I don't have any brothers and I live on my own, so the latter is no option either.

I'm currently in the cleanboot process and it seems to be a success so far *knocks wood* so right now I'm slowly re-enabling all processes/services again to figure out which is the evil one. It ain't the one I expected to be the cause though (iobit uninstaller).

 

Turn off malwarebytes and super anti spyware, its likely these two being on during gaming may be the issue.

 

Super Anti Spyware is not enabled on boot and Malwarebytes doesn't seem to be the problem so far.

 

Alright can you try with bytes off to ensure? This problem is annoying and sometimes overlooked things can be the issue.

 

What I am trying right now is: I started with a clean boot (all services/processes off) and I am now slowly re-enabling a couple of services/processes at a time to see which one kicks me. Right now Mbam is on and I haven't been kicked yet.

 

Right now all processes/services are on and I'm not yet kicked still. Really weird. Probably will get kicked later today when I'm playing with everyone again..

Have you been injecting cheat, I only got that message when I was using 30 fov silent aim, restarted pc and I'm back on.

 

try verifying the game from steam.

This may be closed, the issue was fixed by not running CCleaner anymore. It appears that somehow CCleaner removed some files that caused my CSGO to error. I haven't run CCleaner in a while now and no issues. *knocks wood*
