Disallow direct livechat links

Websites like tawk.to have only been used to scam (if you search on site you will see all users that used it are banned) so I am suggesting they are not to be allowed on Sythe as a user can be easily kicked from a chat and I'm sure that chat logs can't be grabbed afterwards so if a scammer says someone is lying they have no proof on their side either.

 

Theres no need for tawk.to links. I also think Sythe should ban the use of Kiks.

Theres no reason for people to use tawk.to or kik if they are not using a website. Kik is just mainly used for scamming and the reason people use it is because creating Kiks is quicker than creating a Skype account.

As for tawk.to, its only used for people who have proper websites. I personally used Tawk.to however I don't really see the point of it unless you cannot afford Zendesk/Zopim which costs you hundreds or thousands of pounds a year.

 

I agree anytime someone posts a kik it's most likely a scam

 

I personally find it a really easy way of right away communication.

 

Users get to choose how they wish to communicate with other users and Sythe will not limit said communication.

We don't care if you utilize Skype, Discord, Kik, TeamSpeak, Runescape PM's, or anything else; it is not the Sythe's job to police your interactions and while we can give guidelines, Sythe will not dictate trades to that extent. Basically, trade safe, use an omm, and this wouldn't be a problem in the first place.
