Dirty little secret?

Well it's not per say a secret but it is good information...

You should buy some obby mauls and obby shields...

NO this is not a merchant clan or scam. It is obvious if you go read the update page. You can no longer sell items for tokul. Which means obby items are harder to get. They have raised the drop rate for tokul but not for the actual drops which makes it much harder to get these items.

Then why don't you say to buy the other ones too??:: because they are not as used. Go ahead be my guest and buy them. They probably won't go up as much as the others but they will still go up.

Why are you telling us this??:: thought you all would like to know. I have found some very useful information on Sythe before and promised to give back to the community. This is the best I can do so far.

Are you going to profit from this??:: no if I don't get any sheilds... I have been buying sheilds and mauls since the update and have only been able to get around 20 some of each. I have all 60mil of my money in there buyin atm.

Tell me what you guys think...

 

Not a "secret" anyone with a 4th grade education can guess obby items will go up cause of the update.

I don't even think the regular obby items will go up...in fact i think they'll actually drop..

Has anyone ever seen the amount of people camping at TzHaars? It's almost full in every world. I have seen a person recieve a obby cape after 30mins. Consider the amount of worlds and people trying to get enough Tokkuls for obby items; i'm pretty sure at least 1 person per world will get an obby drop. More importatnly, 2.7mil for an Onyx gem is an insane amount to obtain, i'm going to assume most players will give up after a certain time and just cash in the tokkuls at the weapon and armour shop.

I already have several hundred of these, and quite a few furies. I released this the day of the update on the official Grand Exchange sticky, and Furies are one of the initial items on the ExchangeWatch at Rune-Tips.net

Buy as many as possible as fast as possible.

As soon as I saw the tokkul update, I bought 45 obby mauls

Hopefully I can atleast make 1/2+

 

Yayay, i already have a fury, so i'm glad it's going to go up!

 

Furies can be sold for 10m in W2.
