    I agree, I just struggle myself maintaining clean foods, but currently on the cut life.

    I feel you man, i fucking hate cutting dude. Just feelsbad when you know you wont get any gains on a cut makes me cringe lol. Instead, i like to wait till my body has that bulk as a maintenance if that makes sense. Bulk 500 at original BW and eventually what use to be a bulk is now your daily maintenance.

    Yeah im the same bro, knowing I wont ever lift as much as i did months ago unless I start the bulk life again.
    Weird sense of negative achievement as your working your ass off mentally and physically in a cut to only lift less and less.

    hahaha YES exactly, a sense of negative achievement. Its like climbing up a mountain and youre half way up but you now have to walk back down because you forgot your protein shake at the bottom of the mountain. :(

    I'm cutting right now and I look bigger from all the vascularity and separation than I did with just a big ass arm.

    no point in getting fat AF and then wasting time losing all your strength from water weight and then getting upset..


    just lean bulk and you will see overall well balanced physique and strength gains that will be very easy to retain instead =)

    I would only do a dirty bulk, clean bulks are too hard to follow.

    One of my friends tried this a while back and it didn't work out well for him. My suggestion is that if you're going to dirty bulk make sure that you're 100% sure you can control it.

    You'll end up regretting it. I tried it last year when I had a period of six months to mess around with. Drank two gainer shakes a day and ate all the carbs in the world. Put on a lot of weight, built up a lot of muscle, but lost my abs and got tons of face fat. Felt like shit for a while - wouldn't recommend.

    By dirty I mean some crappy food here and there not a shit ton, still going to track my calories to make sure I only gain a 1lb a month
