His skype name 'live:youarebae1' matches the skype of the banned user http://www.sythe.org/members/446524-digletts.html http://prntscr.com/8ajwny.

EDIT: Glarex also suspects him to be the infamous rsn sniped 'ryan'

 

Can you show a screenshot of the chat where he confirms he's the one you were talking to in game and show the skype ID is live:youarebae1
