Difference between Membership PINs and Account Upgrades

Membership PINs are often obtained illegally, so we do not allow them to be sold directly as such. Instead, we permit users to offer 'Account Upgrade Services.' This is the service of applying membership to a customer's account.

You are allowed to sell/offer account upgrades, but you are not allowed to directly sell PINs. Any threads mentioning PINs will be deleted.

Thanks.
