Hehewow disputing erroneous ban

I came to Sythe sometime in 2011 to sell off a huge amount of gold that I acquired by using Vesta staking and a fake highscore name when the trade ban was lifted and the Dueling Arena opened.

I did more than $1000 in successful business via Sythe and never had a problem with anybody.

Sythe however had a problem with me: I was using multiple IP addresses because at the time I was on a work assignment that had restricted internet and websites like Sythe and their kind were not accessible whilst gaming websites like Runescape.com and even poker rooms were.

So one day someone decides to ban me. I explained my situation and the moderator/administrator's, completely unreasonable in my opinion, demand was that I start posting from only my locale's IP address. I had absolutely no way to do this as it was not within my control to lift these internet restrictions nor would it have been prudent of me to request that a black market website be opened on the internet filter.

When I was forced to use Tor to dispute this ban as my other proxy service had been IP Banned I was simply told in the response that I had "several banned accounts on your IP". Well I apologize for appearing like a mass criminal but I simply gave up on reasoning with the system at that point.

A few months later I was going to finish selling off all my cyberproperty and thought it wise to try to get my account unbanned here since you have a huge userbase. Here is that thread written by a quite annoyed me

I have never been banned on Sythe. I am not a "ban evader". I had almost nothing but pleasurable experiences trading here on Sythe and when it wasn't a great experience it was my own fault (not realizing that someone could scam me with PayPal chargebacks).

I have never defrauded anyone or behaved dishonestly towards anyone. I have not and would not break any of this website's rules intentionally or knowingly.
What I did I did out of simple necessity and if it is true that someone who has no choice but to use Tor to explain himself is automatically permanently banned then I suppose that isn't terribly fair but I'll accept it if true.

i don't see any solid proof of you being a scammer/vader. can you just tell me where you're from/where you're logging onto now?

That is my "other" thread and I don't have a clue how I can respond to that moderator since I can't login to my account (the one in dispute: Hehewow) because it's still banned. Clicking New Reply also just brings me to a log-in page.

Question from Superfluous: why the sudden interest in sythe again?

Answer: I'm trying to buy a Karambit Marble Fade away from the Steam Marketplace so I need to buy keys (everyone trades using keys in CS:GO and I own none) from users to save ~20-28% compared to buying those keys directly from Valve.
It would be a great help if I could do that here on Sythe and I'd also like to record this business on Sythe since I had a splendid reputation here prior to my demise and I'd like to add to it.
I feel like I got locked in Guantanamo bay with no fair trial.

Can a Mod/Global Mod/Administrator please resolve this matter?

Here is the tl;dr: I got banned for being on proxies. Since my proxies got banned I had to come explain myself on Tor. When I explained myself via Tor someone said "Oh look your IP (Tor) is linked to these bazillion banned accounts so you must be a ban evader goodbye forever". Almost a Catch-22 by definition. Banned if I do nothing and banned if I explain. For no actual reason.

I've banned your other sythe account until this is resolved. OP was banned 4 years ago for having IP matches on a proxy to several banned users (duh). This is something we no longer ban for and it is not something OP would have ever been banned for today. A look at his trading history shows that he was a legitimate trader and I can't find any reason to keep this user banned. I would like at least one other upper staff member to weigh in before unbanning this user
