[Dieze / Elrod ] Requesting Pardon for [Scamming / Ban Evading][5/5]

Report/post/reason that got you banned: Previously had account 4/5 years ago under the name of Dieze and was banned for scamming the three people below:

It looks like each was scammed for a pin, and two of the people also lost 5m and 13.5m gp respectively - since it was so long ago i don't recall exactly what was taken, but i'm willing to repay what they claim to have lost.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims:

I couldn't find a skype for Jarno (although i can see he is also banned) so i don't mind repaying to someone he scammed the pin +5m.

Seltas and Dastopper did have skypes, although i haven't received a response since february. Pictures below.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Since being banned on Dieze, i have only tried to return to Sythe once on the account Elrod, before being banned for Ban Evading. Other than that, no.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: As above, since the one occasion of Ban Evading, i haven't attempted to Ban Evade further, and waited patiently for one or any of the victims to get back to me however since the time since the offence happend, i believe they no longer use this site, or even play runescape at all for that matter. also during my return on Elrod, i did run several legitimate services with several happy customers, each of which were happy with the service that i offered them, and more importantly were not victims to a scam.

As i mentioned in my last post, the offence was a long time ago and people do change, and if given the opportunity, i would like to be able to prove that.

Also like my last Pardon appeal, if again i am not successful in obtaining the Pardon, i shall not attempt to evade again, and wait patiently upon instruction from moderators on how i can prove my reform.

Jarno was banned for evading mooloo which was banned for malicious links, so there are no victims down that avenue (to our knowledge, at least). I would say your attempts to contact the other two victims will suffice.
