he doesnt send me the $10

after i got the 7 roll he changed to rule to one roll per post. which resulted in 14 pages of useless posts and him sending the money to amitz.

i want to get my $10 as i was the first to roll 7

 

If he only wanted one dice roll per post he should have clarified this in OP.

If he doesn't pay you within 24 hours I will ban him until he does.
