Did not commit any offense ~ please unban

Well I tried to login to my account a little while ago after having gone awol for a while to find that I was banned. After finally being able to logout and see the reason for my ban I was linked to http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=765745 this thread. I am here to state I did not commit any scamming against G3daslt . I do not believe the images were properly viewed and read because as you can see before I left and logged off I had stated no, the codes didn't work and that they were indeed probably used by his friend. I did not know he had made a thread for the apparent "scam" even though I clearly told him that the code he had given me didn't work. I had already left because I had to go out when he apparently asked again for reconfirmation that the code did not work which gave him the idea that I had scammed him. After logging back in windows live I had discussed it with him and he had said that his friend did indeed use the code though I guess he apparently forgot to delete his scam claim thread, which i had never noticed and apparently received a ban for a month or so later. Please release the ban on my account as If reread one can see that I did not do anything wrong and the claim is false. I would have G3daslt login himself and post on this thread to justify my claim, but I have not seen him on at all lately. If anyone can have any contact with him, his msn is [email protected] .
