Did I get scammed?

Apologies if this is in the wrong area, but I'm new and can't find where to find the report scammers forum.

About a week ago, matsern96 sold me his account for $170. However, after playing for only two days, it was said that the account was locked.
Today, it said that the password I tried to use to log-in was incorrect. I really only purchased the account because I wanted to play some games requiring high stats. I already earned like 15 mil (From his broke status) on it, and am wondering if this guy just wanted to take my real money, have me earn some RS3 GP on his account then just take it back.

He hasn't replied to me in Skype or via messaging here for 4 days, and I'm really starting to think I got scammed here. What should I do? Could I get my money back from PayPal?

Make a report and ask staff for permission to make a chargeback once they give you the go ahead then you can

Hey man link for scammers above. You probably got scammed sry friend the account market is baddd. Gotta buy of trusted members here. You can totally charge back a scammer BUT make sure u have mods permission first once they confirm that you did indeed get scammed. This will save your ass from anything more bad happenin to you.
