Did I get scammed by player auctions?

First of all I'm not sure if this thread is in the right place.

I placed an order with Player Auctions for RS3 Gold. I paid straight away by debit card. As soon as I did this I got an email saying that my account got suspended. I then went on to live chat to see why this was and they said it was because I had another account created with them at my address. I figured it was an account my brother had set up. Ok that's no big deal. When I asked them when/how/if I'd be getting a refund they just disconnected the live chat straight away.

I then went back into live chat and asked about getting the refund again however they disconnected the chat.

Now I'm concerned that I've been scammed.

Can anyone offer advice on how to try and resolve this?

They'll refund but it seems like no one is in livechat atm, I'm also having problems with them too atm

PA won't scam you. It's most likely an internal problem/delay in their system. Contact them via livechat and report back with the outcome.

 

Player Auctions will make more money in the future than they would have scammed from you. Stop exaggerating.

 

They refunded.

 

Player Auctions can be annoying, but it's worth it to just be patient with their Live Support System, they will make it right, its just a matter of staying on top of them.
