Dicing Dice Proof of Funds PoF

Similar suggesteion here previously: Dicing PoF

This recent event may be an example of someone exploiting dicing, by betting an amount they most likely do not have or would actually pay if they lost: SPM322 Dice scam

I suggest that if someone asks the other user to show proof of funds, and they refuse, that they at least get a DNT rank for refusing

or

as the previous suggestion stated, they should be banned from dicing if they refuse to show proof.

Read post before making a reply, please. I posted that same link in the OP and this suggestion is slightly different, so...

 

A DNT or even a TWC is a little harsh for refusing to show funds and I see the possibility of this being abused (i.e. People constantly asking for proof of funds).

I'm going to leave it open for now, but I would suggest just ensuring you trust the person you are dicing with and if you there is any doubt they have the money, don't dice them.

 

Other fact is that it's quite easy to fake your funds, you can inspect element on PP or online banking easily same with a BTC wallet. I don't see the practicality in this as nice as it would be. Only thing I can suggest is either trust the person you are dicing or use a site that makes you deposits the money you bet.

 

IMO, it warrants nothing except the anability to dice.

When a bet is started, then both parties can assume that each party has the funds. If so, the bet continues. If one asks for proof and the other declines, then the bet cannot occur.

Thats the only consequence.

You can ask if you are not trusting the person, otherwise just don't dice them if they refuse
If they are being overly suspicious and sketchy request a twc
