At the time of this report I was more concerned about studying for exams than my Sythe account, but now that I'm done and have some spare time I hope to come back to the community (the only reason I've been here from the start since i'm not market active at all..)
I still believe this was an error in judgement on Superman's part, not to sound like a dick.
Here's what happened for any that don't know.
I posted a dicing request in the donor lounge for 50$ highest of 100, in which I asked people to PM me (not sure if I specified before rolling or not, I no longer have access to the thread) as well as quote. The user "TheLuckyNub" quoted me a few minutes later saying he accepted but just needed to sort out a previous dicing bet before calling. I was replying to this post saying that was fine with me when Fulla posted his roll. I ended up talking to a guy I had been dicing with (Error? ErrorRS? Honestly can't remember his Sythe name, just skype) who talked to Entrr for me. Entrr looked at it and said he believed Fulla's roll to be void, so I thought I was fine. Fulla ended up reporting me, I was forced to roll and I ended up rolling 1 lower which I'm not gonna lie made me pretty mad.
I just believe this entire situation was handled rather poorly, and stricter / more specific rules should be made regardless of the outcome of my dispute.
I also notice Fulla is TWC'd and banned from dicing. I have no clue why, but I have to assume it has to be not paying up for a dice bet or something related.
And finally, Roary even said he's 50/50 on my ban.
I have no qualms about being banned from dicing as I see it just causes more trouble than you get out of it.
In conclusion, I'm not a risk to the community, not market active at all and never have been, have consistently supported members of the community when they needed it and my posts are constructive rather than simply spam.
