    All of your Sythe Accounts
Spinny (SRB prior to any incidents), some other troll ones made way back in the day but none that were active during my ban, like I believe one was the account Anele or something like that. There has never been any ban evasion.

    Report/post/reason that got you banned
There is no public report, this was handled privately over Discord in 2018.

Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims
There is nothing owed for this incident with Mimi.

Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now

There were periods of my life where I was an absolute shit developer from taking on too many projects at once, managing my time very poorly, general business struggles, and some life trauma. For any client who has ever felt wronged by me, I would just like to say I'm very sorry, I'm a much better person now and I've learned from my mistakes. These were entirely my fault, and I will continue to take full responsibility for them.

There have been a lot of cancelled projects in the past where either refunds were given or the project was just cancelled. If anyone from any past projects have any issues with me, my DMs [Removed contact info] are always open to discuss and make things right in whatever way I can. I've always tried to make things right, but there are also clients that I've lost contact with.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you

The timeline for this entire incident is very foggy as my old Discord has been deleted and I'm not able to review the chatlogs, but everything here is truthful and the only thing that might be slightly off are any specific dates.

In early 2018, Mimi hired me to design and develop a gold site for him. It was understood that I was the designer and developer, and would be able to start right away once a deposit was made, and he paid me 50% upfront. After payment was made, he informed me that he also hired T1N0 to do the design for him, which I didn't fight because it meant less work for me and I told him that I would start once the design was provided since this changed the terms.

Mimi started getting frustrated with me and T1N0 because he assumed that we would be working on this together, and that both of our provided ETAs would be merged instead of stacked on to one another, even though there was no mention of us working together and we were hired without knowledge that the other was hired. This is where I do have one screenshot to back up, as I had a conversation with Mimi on Skype about this before we moved to Discord.

The design was finally completed by T1N0 a couple months in (I believe just over 2 months but it could be slightly off). I do not believe that this was the fault of T1N0, but was more so because of how picky Mimi was and he wanted constant changes. T1N0 and I would regularly talk about how bipolar and angry Mimi would get, and things that he would ask us to do would very quickly get changed. Since this made my start date 2 months later than originally planned, I was in the middle of other work and was also delayed on the project.

Between my work on other sites, being very busy with life at the time, and poor time management, this site was inevitably delayed and my ETA of 1 month quickly passed. I had offered a refund several times during this, but he wanted me to persist and continue to work on the site which I was happy to do. Mimi's site was launched a couple of months later, and unfortunately I deployed it on his servers (which I never do) before the final payment was made. The site had all features and was fully designed, and was waiting for me to implement the final payment APIs and make any changes that Mimi wanted, but it was in a working state for some manual payment methods.

The full site being launched can be seen here: MimiGold: Buy Runescape Gold, Buy OSRS Gold, RS3 Gold (unfortunately Archive doesn't always archive the stylesheets on older sites so the stylesheet doesn't load), and I believe it was also advertised on Sythe.

I messaged Mimi asking for his opinions and to get the final parts implemented, and told him that we would need to get it launched this week as I would be moving across the country the following week and didn't want to have to worry about it (this would have been in August 2018). For some reason this spooked Mimi and I woke up with my Sythe account banned from him reporting me privately to video. He also sent me screenshots that showed video telling him that I owed him a full refund and he could continue to use the files I sent him. I don't believe this was the fault of video, but more that Mimi didn't explain the entire situation properly, but at the time I was livid. When I saw that I had given up on trying to come to any resolutions and just let it be as I rarely used Sythe before the ban anyway.

I messaged Charlotte a few days/weeks later to discuss the ban, and she told me that I could be unbanned if I finished the site or if I refunded the payment in full, and I wasn't willing to do either knowing that even if I refunded it he would continue to use my (finished website) files, and I wasn't willing to continue working for him at that point.

I do not believe I owe Mimi anything. He paid me a 50% deposit and was able to keep the website files for a full site where all he would have needed was for a developer to come integrate the final payment methods that he decided on. I did not ever receive the full payment. I do agree that I was at fault for the delayed development time, but I just wanted to make it clear that this wasn't the only delay, nor do I believe I should lose both the finished code and the payment as a result.

I am not a threat to the community in any way. I've continued to do development work for some of the largest names in this industry and have full access to many of their projects. I have recently stopped taking on any new projects due to my declining interest and motivation in development. I will not be taking on any development projects from Sythe again, other than a handful of close clients I already deal with.

Did you fully read and follow this sticky thread in the pardon section?
    Yes

    Previous pardon link(s) if applicable
This is my first pardon request for this incident.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I apologize that it was never posted sooner.

Sorry for the delay in processing your pardon. We're all set now and feel that there are no debts outstanding so this can now move into voting. Results can take up to two weeks and when a verdict is reached, your name will be shown in this thread.

Please remain patient until then - thanks.
