Diablo 3 RWT bans common?

How common are RWT bans that do not go through the AH? As in buying/selling on a forum.

 

I hear they're nonexistent. Just a word, nothing to start a business off of, but from people I've talked to its not a problem.

The game has an RMAH, so banning for RWT would just be a joke in my eyes, obviously they'll have a bit of a cry that you're circumventing their 15% cut but it's NBD.
