    Im currently 174cm tall and weigh 65kg. What exercises and the number of sets would i have to do and what should i change my diet to if i wanted to do a planche?

    Btw i have a pair of parallettes :p

    i dont tell people to go vegan unless it is there choice, i dont force it on people...BUT personal experience vegan has been the best thing that happened to me but lately i cheat by eating sushi sometimes thats it...honestly if you take vegan seriously and actually do ur research itll be the best thing to happen to u, if done correctly it is a monster of a lifestyle!
