Devry123 Disputed "Am asking for help please"

in another community am getting disputed about me botting in a order I did.

this is the disputed with I lost because I dint know how to proof I dint bot his acc

in that disputed I posted every single pict lvl I gained for him yet the proof was useless. is there a way to proof I dint bot his acc?

now on this disputed was on vacation got his acc banned too with is this disputed

even though I have showed proof they say I use tribot a bot community but I only made the acc on june 17 and left on may 23 after I notice its dead. now somebody pmed me saying that for me to use tribot with mirror mode I need VIP. so yeah I can proof I never was a VIP or if I ever bought a cb/skilling script. so please if somebody can help me out I will be graceful I will be even give 20m to anyone that can help me to solve this problem. Idc if I have to refund the 38m to that person. but I want to keep my name clear!

OSBot is a shit community. You need help? Fuck OSbot and stay on Sythe.

You have no way of proving you did NOT bot the account, but he has no way of proving you did. For all you know it's a delayed ban or it was an autoban because you botted before on a different account and it followed you to this account.

 

I would love to know how a mod here would have ruled in this case @Gracious @-Ryan @SellerMan @Superfluous @Excelont

 

Normally I would stay out of this, but since u sound desperate and asked for help, you could file against Maldesto here on sythe for scamming, ultimately Sythes staff team trumps his on here at least.

Sythes rules ultimately trump offsite rulings, if you reported Maldesto for scamming due to their ruling and it passed here on sythe, Maldesto would have to reverse his ruling on osbot or remain banned here.

Its a tricky one and not one I'd personally ever recommend because its a quick way to really piss a lot of people off, but technically it is possible to do.

You would file a scam report against osbot.org and ask sythe staff to consider your case and how they would of ruled, if they rule with you, Maldesto would have to reconsider his ruling or remain banned, or pay the amount out himself or his staff team would have to.

It's basically similar to filing against a gold site with workers, but in this case its a forum.

If Sythe staff were theoretically to side with you, theres a high probality Maldesto would likely reverse his teams ruling or he'd lose his sythe account + ads which isn't worth the $30 to him I imagine.

Kinda a tricky one here, and taking that path would without a doubt alienate u from Osbot which if u ever attend to be on there again, I would highly recommend not doing.


Of course if he banned you for a bullshit reason, you could file against him again for your rank cost+ losses, you'd just have a whole bunch of enemies when u went back lol.


OP I would personally not do the path I described unless the $30 or whatever it is(29m 07) is worth it to you, taking that path would result in a lot of drama, a lot of enemies, and u may ultimately lose anyway, but if ur asking for a extreme long shot in the dark, there u go.


Also: Don't forget the above is under the assumption that their ruling is incorrect, if Sythe staff agree with their ruling, you have 0 chance, I typed out the above for you assuming OSBOT's staff's ruling in this case is wrong, I'm not going to be a judge either way on what I think, but I'm just making sure people know that lol.

 

You've had two cases where two accounts you (or your worker) has had accounts banned for macroing, which obviously means either:
A) You (or your worker) actually botted on the accounts.
B) You (or your worker) use clients that trigger bot detection.
C) Maybe JMods see you bot on other accounts and IP ban these days, or see you play on multiple accounts from different countries and suspect something

Either way you're liable I would say.

 

If you want to avoid something like this from happening in the future tell the people who order from you that they can request a screenshot at any time, that will save you a lot of trouble, only if you don't actually bot of course. (Not saying that I agree with Maldesto's decision)

He requested it legit, not botted. The account was banned for botting, later the guy appealed his ban and got it quashed, and they replied on twitter they only do that if the account is hijacked and botted.

 

How is it that Devry owes 29m + 9.5m? You get free services? The ban was quashed. If you can even prove he botted the services (which you cant) you'd only even be entitled to a partial refund.

Also, you're a god damn botting community, so you should know partially how bans work. how do you know its not a delayed ban?

 

Spamming the guys skype when asking simple questions, of course the guy is questioning him. He just lost 35m+

 

We gave him a full refund due to this being the 2nd reported and 3rd accusation of Devry botting during services. We figured if we actually make him refund the guys he has botted, he will learn his lesson and stop being shady. Also people don't like buying accounts that have bans, even if quashed. It lowers the value of the account, so if Starcraft planned on selling the account, he just lost a huge chunk of money with the previous ban.

 

That's horrible logic.

 

I want to point out, my mods handled this dispute, not me. I agreed with my mods, that devry can't go around botting his services and only partially refunding people if they get quashed. I agreed he should full refund, and if sythe says he doesn't have to refund, that is on them. I won't be unbanning him at osbot either way after the drama he has caused.

I looked over the report, not saying that Devry couldn't of been botting because he could of who knows, just saying none of your moderators proved that he was botting.

 

If you read the other report (here) it'll tell you it wasn't the owner of the account (me, in this case) that got the account banned. Considering he (or possibly, a worker) was the only one with access to the account he was responsible for the ban.

Obviously I know that it couldn't have been a delayed ban because I didn't bot on it, but I didn't have any proof until the account got un-banned and locked because of the unauthorized access.

Maybe he got unlucky and got banned for using osbuddy (which I find extremely unlikely and they've tweeted they don't do this ever, but it might've been)
