What it Takes:​

- Well to get any 99 it takes serious patients.
- Most of the people who have achieved a 99, are experienced players.
- Don't even attempt at this is you don't have potentiial.​

The way Cooking Gauntlets affect cooking:​

Fish, Cooking Level, No Burn Level, No Burn Level w/ Gauntlets, No Burn w/ Gauntlets at Lumbridge Range.


Lobster: 40 74 68 64

Swordfish: 45 86 81 79

Monkfish: 62 92 90 88

Sharks: 80 n/a 94 94

Information on Cooking foods:​

Lobsters:
Lobsters are a great way of training cooking! You can get good xp at a cheap cost. The fastest cooking without wine for non-members is not as fast so you may not get the same results. To cook them perfectly, wear cooking gauntlets. With cooking gauntlets, you don't burn any lobsters at
level 68, without until level 74.

Swordfish:
Swordfish are the next best way at level 81 with cooking gauntlets (86 for non-members). When you get to this level start buying swordfish. Cook these until level 90. (Unless non member, if so, close this guide.)
​

Monkfish:
Monkfish are really good cooking xp. You stop burning them at level 90 but even at level 86, you don’t lose that much cash. Also note that the cooking gauntlets have no real effect. Cook these until you are level 94.
​

Sharks:
Sharks are unburnable at level 94 with cooking gauntlets. These may lose you a lot of cash (about 200 per shark!). I’d say cook these until you are level 99. But there is more…
​

Note: I suggest cooking monkfish from 94 to 99, it would save cash and it don't make that big of a difference.​

15-25: Trout
25-35: salmon


35-55: tuna


55-68: Anchovies pizza


68-81: Lobsters


81-94: Swordfish or monk-fish


94-99: Sharks!

Well for non members, it is common sence. Lobsters, then swordfish.
