Has to be defensive casting, same thing happened to me when I was doing the blood diamond part, go to your spell book at the very bottom there should be a little shield, check if its toggled

I love how you don't realize that if you are in defensive casting ,then when you start to melee, it probably goes to defensive attack style...or was on defensive already..

unlucky when I do quest service for pures I always get paranoid about defensive casting

if you only gained 1 lvl its not that bad lol just leave it, if you gained like 5+ just quest it to 20 def and turn it into an initiate pure

Haha fuck it fuck it I'll make it a zerker, I wanted to hybrid anyways.

And I just logged on again, and yeah I didn't even know the defensive casting button was there, and I remember I was switching the combat and telly spells on and off before this...my mistake, but it's cool zerkers own pures clean anyway
