Description Change

Since the guide section has been removed, you can't request guides anymore. I'm proposing we edit the description of the Sub-Forum from:

To:

Just a small change. =)

 

But then it's not as particular of a section. They're'd be too many "Can I change my name?" "How do I do such and such."

I think there should be a general questions section


Also, notice I'm in your pic.

 

Hmm? You can already ask any type of question in that Sub-Section. You could suggest that if you wish, but I think it's fine the way it is.

I suggested this a while ago, must have been overlooked. Support, seems sensible unless there is a return of the guides section.

 

Ehh, forget the first line of my above post. I just like that there's a dedicated section for Tech Support so people like me can feel involved =] and other users can easily find threads regarding Tech Support instead of hunting through pages of various questions.

But support either way.

 

What about adding on to the fact Sythe.org related questions can be posted in there? Maybe it could help newcomers and other users know that this is the forum you should ask those type of questions. I see people basically post their questions all around.

Support though seeing guides was fully removed before.

 

Most questions about Sythe are normally posted there, if is a user that KNOWS...

But that should be a section to ask questions about anything...

Well, it does state you can ask ANY type of question there.

Most of the time yes.
But the other questions wouldn't really be enough asked for it's own section or w/e.

 

There's still a lot of other questions asked there, I think it's fine the way it is, but feel free to make a suggestion if you wish.

 

It really shouldn't be about anything. If you have a homework question, it should be in the homework section. If you have a programming question, it should be in the programming section. If you have a Runescape question, it should be in the Runescape section. There's a reason the main questions in there have always been about Paypal and tech support.

 

Users normally post where they should, if they don't it'll be moved. H&R is primarily tech support, Sythe.org and miscellaneous questions. I don't think we should make a separate section for Sythe.org questions and miscellaneous questions (Considering other sections already caters to the other questions).

 

Right. I was a supporter of moving the tech support section into the help section. I don't remember who made that happen, but I had thought of it long before it did happen. All I really am saying is that there are much better ways that the forum could be organized to handle questions better and a simple description change really just makes it look slightly nicer. :/

 

Well, this is what my suggestion is, I just wanted a brief description change because the guide section doesn't exist anymore, nothing more. But, I love how you want to help out the site, I'd like to hear your suggestions on improving the site (In a new thread of course).
