    How they scammed: Didn't give me my 230M 07
    Proof that it's their Discord: Pretty sure it's a 'man in the middle' or whatever scam.

    Uh, that isn't me.

    I have two discord profiles as I used to use my personal (Albi 2#1068, I changed it to stop having people add me), I didn't realise I haven't changed it on that post and now I use Deriati which can very clearly be seen on my signature.

    My only other discord is and I'm happy to provide unique IDs (I have no idea how to),

    I also have spoken to this guy on my main discord and he seems to have deleted all of our conversation:

    I sent him a PM but he never replied after saying "2 mins."

    I'm not sure why he would delete his own conversation with me completely. I also have never spoken to him on my other discord profile. The guy in the screenshots even admits to not being me, I have no idea why he went on and spoke to another account when he was already in the middle of discussing buying gold from me on my trading discord (Deraticloud)

    This is simply a case of someone impersonating me, I should have posted the discord conversation template but he insisted I sent the message with a "Keyword".

    I have attempted to contact OP regarding this but it looks like he's blocked me on Sythe for some reason.

    I haven't blocked you on sythe or discord. The guy impersonated me and impersonated you.

    I fucked up by not getting a proper discord PM. You fucked up by not giving a proper discord PM.

    We've spoken about this over Discord, we've both agreed that it wasn't me and was an impersonator. A lesson to me to follow PM templates.

    @rheumy Can you show proof of payment for the 230M? I don't believe that should be an issue as you're the buyer here, therefore all you need to do is link me the transaction.

    @Deraticloud I've redacted that Discord ID from your thread (it removed the whole layout, so that will need to be edited/re-done). You will be held liable for this scam as you not only included the improper Discord ID while bumping your sales thread, but you also sent an improper confirmation PM on Sythe, which both led to the scam taking place (that is only if @rheumy can provide proof of payment, which shouldn't be an issue for him).

    You advertised a completely different Discord ID leaving it open for another person to use on top of sending an improper PM in which it was never clear which one was yours. I'll leave this open if you'd still like to make things right, but if you still believe you're not entitled to refunding him after this, then I'll just issue the ban.

    I've spoken with Derati, he said he would not pay the full amount but only 50% of it. I am happy to accept that as I believe we were equally to blame. (I know better than to trade without a real PM)

    For the record, there is literally no proof he didn't just do this himself to get 230m refunded by me. I could easily do the same thing with two discord accounts

    You can't advertise a completely different Discord account that you don't own and expect to not get in trouble for it. I get it that your signature has one Discord, but your layout has another in that thread that you still bump, thus leaving it open for anyone to scam with it and making you liable because it's a separate ID you don't even own, and the PM you sent was so poor that it couldn't prevent that scam from taking place.

    To answer your question though:
    If you both mutually agree with this, then that's okay imo.
