Lobsters and Swordfish are best. Seller brings in most likely an inventory of lobsters.
Personally, I like to bring in a few Anchovy Pizzas for a longer lasting food, and swordfish otherwise. I also sometimes bring in a strength potion if I feel confident I can win a fight with transferred armor. Most of the time I will wait for penalty to end, then leave.

P2p Supplies
Seller would probably bring monks. I would bring mostly Sara Brews, and some Tuna potatoes.

I would like this transfer to be easy, so.

No leechers unless you go first (Which I doubt you will want to anyway)
Non-Trusted Sellers, we go in small increments. (Like 20% each)
Trusted Sellers, I will do 50-50 or go first depending on how trusted you are.
