    Established providers don't want to compete on Sythe anymore and only want to use Discord to sell. Makes Sythe a bit useless.

    That is unfortunately true, they use Sythe to make their business running, Takes time but once its done. They just keep the customers on their discord and done deal. Yes I understand it takes a while to have a good customer base but personally having to join discord just to have a quote is not fun at all

    My biggest pet peeve with it currently as someone who has looked for quotes, they just spam join our discord and open a ticket for a price. If i wanted to join discord i would be in your discord requesting a quote, post your price/estimate and your contact info and move along. Taking 5 minutes to join a discord, get verified, opening a ticket, and waiting for a reply, you're 20 minutes in now and you get some off the wall quote... its maddening.

    I posted publicly for a quote, i want your bid public, stop using a private discord server to hide your prices from the competition.
